ORDERING PROCEDURE:

Website orders, after you tell us who you are and how you want to pay (see below) and click the confirm order button, an automated email will be sent to you, confirming your order has been received. Journeys by Lynne Kooij will then email you within 24 hours to confirm your order (and advise "exact" postage cost if your order is not within Australia).
Non Internet Orders - Print out the order form, complete and then Fax or Mail the form to us with your payment. If you prefer you can E-mail the details of your order to us, and either supply telephone contact details and we will contact you for payment details, OR
E-mail order and Fax payment details (Credit Card only), OR
E-mail order and Mail payment/details.
Orders will not be processed without payment details.
Placement of orders can be made via phone, fax or email stating the following information;
Order Number
Phone number / Email address
Delivery Address
Contact name
You place an order by adding items to the shopping cart, and then following the simple instructions to go through 'checkout'.
All items are in pristine condition and described as accurately as we can. Journeys by Lynne Kooij designs items on the basis they look as good today as the day they were made!
Upon receipt of your order form and payment confirmation your product, dependant on availability, will be delivered ASAP (see product details for availability and delivery specifics).
The page that requests your personal and payment details is fully protected by our secure server (look for the gold padlock @ the bottom of the page).
Please supply as many contact details as possible with your order so we can contact you if there is any delay / out of stock or print / or confusion etc!
You can only cancel your order up until the time it leaves our warehouse. This will incur the handling fee if we have processed your payment (see handling fee).

PAYMENT OF ORDER:

Payment terms are on firm sale basis only. Payment must be received prior to dispatch of product(s).
Payment by Credit Card, Personal Cheque (with full bank clearance) or Money Order is required before we can send off your purchase.
If your order includes two or more items and subsequently only one item is available at that time, the rest of the order will be held until it is complete. Unless you specifically request that you want partly completed orders forwarded. This may incur further postage charges.
In such a case we would have to take payment for the whole amount even though we have only partly completed your order. In this case your account would be in credit by the outstanding balance until we could supply you with the required items.
At all times we would keep you informed of the current status of your order and account.
You agree to pay in full the amount specified on the invoice rendered by us for goods and services supplied to you before we sent off your purchase (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

PRICING:

Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are RRP in Australian Dollars, inclusive of Australian GST.
Journeys by Lynne Kooij may vary the RRP from time to time without notice. All prices are subjected to publisher's/distributors/suppliers price changes. In the case of overseas sales they are subject to variations in the exchange rate, we reserve the right to pass on such changes if or when this happens.
All prices may vary as a result of a number of factors including changes in the cost of materials, labour, fuel, transport, government charges and any overheads, we reserve the right to pass on such changes if or when this happens.
Prices of products and delivery charges displayed on the web site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability may change from time to time.

CREDIT:

Credit may be given to a customer, subject to Journeys by Lynne Kooij’s approval process.

LAY-BY TERMS:

Minimum purchase $60.00
Require minimum of 35% of Total Order Price as First Payment / Deposit
Lay-By must be finalised within 10 weeks of commencement
Progress payments must be made every 14 days
10% fee will be charged on Cancellation / Defaulted Lay-By

RETRUNS POLICY AND RETURNS AUTHORISATION:

You are able to return books to us as long as they meet certain conditions (see below). However, we DO NOT process refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
Damages / Misbound / Faulty / Incorrect title; Customers who receive the books in damaged, misbound, faulty / incorrect title are required to contact Journeys by Lynne Kooij to report damage / Misbound / Faulty / Incorrect title for immediate replacement.
Return, if accepted, only if goods supplied are clearly not as advertised or described. Return shipping/freight refunded to customer if supplied products are flawed or have been clearly misdescribed, otherwise at purchaser's expense. Returns are to be in condition as originally shipped.
We do not refund any monies paid for postage & packaging, both for dispatch & return. However, if we have made the error – that is you are returning books as they were not the ones you ordered – we will refund the initial delivery charges.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to goods once they have been posted. However, should you receive damaged goods, please contact us and we will assist you in any way we can.
Books received as gifts can only be returned for an exchange and the original receipt must accompany the return. Postage Handling and Packaging charges are still applicable.
Returns must be in original condition. No stickers and/or (written) marks may exist in the books.
Any returns damaged in transit due to bad or insufficient packaging will be returned at the customer's expense without receiving credit. The books must be packed properly to prevent damage - preferably in the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for special printing or customised books.
Books are sold on a firm sale only. Before any returns for damaged or wrong books can be accepted, a signed Returns Authorisation Form, issued by Journeys by Lynne Kooij has to be enclosed. No credit will be issued without a prior arranged Returns Authorisation Form.
They must be returned within two weeks of receipt of your order.
Except where required by law, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit if you cancel an order after payment. Returning goods without the Return Authorisation form will NOT entitle you to a refund or exempt you from paying the balance of the return shipping cost price.

COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All content included on www.journeysonline.com.au or any other of Journeys by Lynne Kooij’s URLs including, without limitation, information, text, materials, graphics, software, advertisements, logo's, icons, images and audio clips ("content") is the property of Journeys by Lynne Kooij unless expressly indicated. You are not permitted to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute content in any way except as expressly provided for on the web site or authorised by Journeys by Lynne Kooij. This content is protected by Australian and International copyright and trademark laws. You may use the content as a shopping resource using an industry standard web browser, downloading and viewing the content for your personal non commercial use. All other use of the content requires written consent.

ADVERTISING, HYPERLINKS AND OFFERS:

Journeys by Lynne Kooij’s web sites may contain third party advertisements, embedded and non-embedded hyperlinks, referral buttons and other pointers to Internet sites operated by third parties or their licensees or contractors. These linked web sites are not under the control of Journeys by Lynne Kooij and Journeys by Lynne Kooij is not responsible for the contents of any linked web site or any hyperlink contained in a linked web site. Any third party advertising is not an endorsement or recommendation by Journeys by Lynne Kooij of the goods and services the subject of the advertisement. Any third party advertisement containing an offer which you can accept by linking to the advertisers website and executing the relevant transaction is not made by Journeys by Lynne Kooij. Journeys by Lynne Kooij is not responsible to you for any goods and services you can purchase on the third party web site or from any third party.

UNANTICIPATED EVENTS:

We may cancel or suspend delivery of any ordered product in the event of any delay or non-performance due directly or indirectly to wars, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, act of God, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

Transactions between the Customer and Journeys by Lynne Kooij are governed by the law of the State of New South Wales and the Customer and Journeys by Lynne Kooij agree that all disputes are to be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
